No Refunds

All projects are subject to a 100% non-refundable payment from the client. Refunds will not be granted after the work has begun, whether proofs have been issued or labor has begun. No refunds will be given for promotional sale prices. 

In case of cancellation of services, no reimbursement will be furnished to the client and the payment will become forfeited. 

If at any time a client is being neglectful, hostile, disrespectful, etc. DesignedbyA reserves the right to withdraw from the project.

Turnaround Time

In general, artwork takes 7-14 business days (logos, flyers, business cards, motion graphics) and 2-4 weeks for website design, branding packages, and larger projects.

Customers will be notified if there is a delay if there is a high volume of orders, illness, or natural disaster. Due to the fact that turnaround times begin with the receipt of information, customers are advised that turnaround times are not guaranteed.


Revisions 

Design is done in rounds. Round one is the first draft, and Round two and up are revisions. You will receive several proofs in the first round, the number of which is depends on the product. You will receive two free revisions on the proofs. 

Anything above 2 revisions will be subject to a revision fee.


Design Rubric

Developing a vision for your brand is strongly recommended. Please keep in mind that if I am asked to do FREESTLYE, our visions may not align perfectly. This may lead to multiple revisions or disagreements.

Having a small concept, such as the colors, fonts, or overall look you're going for makes a HUGE difference.


Final Product

Once the final product is complete and approved, the design process will come to an end. Please ensure that you are satisfied with everything when you approve the final design.

 

Ghost Policy 

All information requested for a project must be submitted in a timely manner. If there is a delay on your behalf, the completion date of your project changes. We are aware that life happens, and unforeseen circumstances may occur, we just ask that you kindly notify us!

After 14 days of no communication, there will be a $50 restart fee. After 30 days , your project is forfeited, and no refund will be issued. Your entire project will come to a close!
